The mandate is clear, but the path isn't. Most companies have already had an executive say "we need to use AI," then watched the enthusiasm stall the moment someone asked what for. That's exactly where we begin.

 

That enthusiasm is hugely beneficial. Keep it. We'll use it as we work through the process.

The Process: 5 Steps

1. Build trust before you build systems.

     AI only works if you and your people use it. We start by getting your team 

     comfortable with the tools in low-stakes ways that show immediate value and 

     increase familiarity and acceptance.

 

2. Get clear on what you want to achieve.

     Document the goals and KPIs that are most  critical. Most AI disappointment traces       back to this: no one defined what success looks like. We do that work early, so     

     every decision that follows has a real target.

 

3. AI amplifes everything...including your messes.  

     That's why it's a huge consciousness-raising exercise. Before implementation starts,

     we look at your company intimately and fix what needs fixing. At the end, you may

     end up knowing your company better than ever before.

4. Start small. Review everything. Learn fast.

     Early automations are narrow, low-risk, and heavily monitored. The goal isn't speed,

     it's building the evidence base that makes the next step obvious.

5. Expand where the results are.

     As trust grows, AI's footprint in your business can expand into operations,

     marketing, customer service, finance, wherever it's justified. The result is a business

     that does more with what it already has, and sees opportunities it couldn't see
